✨MAGIC Coffee Whipped Cream - 3 ingredients, no dairy, no eggs in 3 minutes?

I love emmymadeinjapan on YouTube. She approaches an amazing variety of recipes in a manner that's so respectful, curious, and with a delightful sense of humor. You should check out her channel.

Thanks for posting it. I like to watch YouTube cooks while I’m getting ready for work in the morning. I’ll add emmymadeinjapan to my list. Oddly, most of the home cooks I subscribe to in YouTube are Asian.

but I really, really hate coffee. I wonder if mixing the sugar and water and heating it to a light syrup would do the same thing with cocoa powder, my guess is that it would work and if it didn't, there's always gelatin to rescue the mess I made. If I grow any ambition in the next week or two (unlikely) I'll report back.

There are tea crystals and fruit flavor crystals out there, too, if the sugar syrup doesn't work

Anything but coffee, thanks.
