What's for Dinner, Mon., Jan. 27, 2019

I asked the RG to make more chicken with the hot/sweet red pepper sauce, so he roasted some this afternoon.

Couscous.

Tomato/red onion salad with herbs, olive oil.

Dessert: Ferrero chocolates.

Homemade CNS (Chicken Noodle Soup) I made last month. Cold and damp here in the Northeast this evening. Perfect.

Instead of dinner, we had to have a long and involved conversation about the Landlady(!)'s career and work, (she's a dancer, teacher and gymnastics instructor). The conversation lasted over two hours!

I'm gong to have a can of Progresso New England Calm Chowder, and English muffin and a small salad.

Yum.

P.S. My wife is going to be fine and her employment is entirely up to her. She's very fortunate.

Leftovers, leftovers, leftovers:
Tiny bit of sirloin roast with carrots, potatoes, onion and garlic
Even smaller amount of homemade broccoli carrot soup
One slice of asparagus/lemon/Parmesan quiche

So, some kind of combo with lemon ginger tea

Your meals always sound so interesting, so delicious. Thanks for posting.
