I asked the RG to make more chicken with the hot/sweet red pepper sauce, so he roasted some this afternoon.
Couscous.
Tomato/red onion salad with herbs, olive oil.
Dessert: Ferrero chocolates.

(21,998 posts)Instead of dinner, we had to have a long and involved conversation about the Landlady(!)'s career and work, (she's a dancer, teacher and gymnastics instructor). The conversation lasted over two hours!
I'm gong to have a can of Progresso New England Calm Chowder, and English muffin and a small salad.
Yum.
P.S. My wife is going to be fine and her employment is entirely up to her. She's very fortunate.

Tiny bit of sirloin roast with carrots, potatoes, onion and garlic
Even smaller amount of homemade broccoli carrot soup
One slice of asparagus/lemon/Parmesan quiche
So, some kind of combo with lemon ginger tea

Dad & Sis got a grilled ham steak, scalloped potatoes, and zucchini w/ red peppers and garlic sautéed in olive oil.
