egg, cheese, ham and a smear of mustard on an English muffin

an orange--the first time I ever had a blood orange. (My Dad knew I wanted to try one, and he brought a couple of them by for Al and I.) It was tasty.

I made it fresh this a.m.: chopped celery, red pepper, and scallion. A little mayo, some crackers.

Vegetable juice with squeeze of lemon, chopped celery leaves, and coarsely ground black pepper. And Maldon salt, of course.
