and I have some spinach to use up. Thanks for the reminder.

It might be a lot of food if the RG cooked from recipes, but he doesn't. He is one of those rare people who can "taste" in his head and he cooks just enough for the two of us. He knows how to season for whatever the portion is. I try to get him to make small portions so we don't have leftovers and he's usually right on target.

I love tapioca pudding. I'm envious

We're having shepherd's pie (but I guess not really, because I used ground beef instead of ground lamb).

There's still some homemade cookies left.

Had a bit of a refrigerator clean out and built a salad out of a pile of romaine lettuce, feta cheese, olives, peppers, and lemon.

I'm dieting.

Garden salad with baby spinach and hard boiled egg. Vinaigrette for dressing.
Whole grain tortilla wrap with sriracha deli turkey and a thin smear of sour cream.

======

FLFC ate pieces of dog food one at a time as I handed them to him as if they were treats. It would normally be ignored on his plate. He also had some minute steak.
