What's for Dinner, Sun., Feb. 23, 2020

Sausages braised in beer and then browned by wrapping in bacon and putting under the broiler. Spicy Dijon mustard.

Broccoli slaw served in Savoy cabbage leaf.

Vegetable pancake. I think these are TJ pancakes. They are really good, though.

Dessert: apple tarte and ginger tea

had it yesterday for dinner, today for breakfast and dinner, and will get more when I can get there!

We smoked meat yesterday and ate the ribs last night.
Tonight we have smoked chicken, leftover coleslaw and mac and cheese but fresh bread.
