I went to Whole Foods early this morning to buy some supplements I was out of and I saw the most delicious glazed tofu at the salad bar. Yumm. Bought some, along with spinach-orzo-feta salad. Cold, steamed broccoli was part of the glazed tofu dish, so I had that, too.
