Pasta with ragu sauce.

Salad is iceberg in the middle, surrounded by tomatoes and yellow beets. The iceberg has radish and peanuts mixed in. Homemade dressing.

2. Tacos El Pastor

with shredded lettuce, cabbage, pico and pickled radishes. El Pollo Loco knock off BBQ black beans and chips with guac.

3. Steak sandwiches, potato wedges, asparagus.

4. pizza

our usual doctored-up frozen pizza. This time it's a 3-meat pizza, and I added garlic, onion, broccoli and extra cheese.

Dad and Sis got Swedish meatballs in gravy over egg noodles, and asparagus sautéed in olive oil w/ garlic and lemon zest.

5. Skillet lasagna

Oranges for dessert. Not an exciting meal, but serviceable.

7. I am at my daughter's house...still not doing great...

I made homemade meatballs and sauce (gravy) as my Dad called it with salad and fruit...gluten free cookies for dessert and dark chocolate for those who want it. I had a gluten free roll and made a meatball hero...and had fruit...little dark chocolate. C loves meatballs and sauce...daughter's girlfriend ...maybe fiance. I ask no questions, I would never butt into her business ...no of course not...

Well, they kind of fell apart.

So, it turned out to be cod hash.
