Maple, when I heat them, I usually saute a green apple in a bit of butter and eat it with waffle/pancake. ( I have made & frozen small pancakes)

Regular, I do a sausage muffin like thing w/ or w/o an egg.

I have not tried Gimmie Lean roll sausage yet, I have enjoyed their other meatless products, so it is on my list.

The prices will vary, I got a great deal last month at Target.

Hope this helps

with green sauce and a sliced hard boiled egg and a sprinkle of jack cheese...maybe a tangerine. Coffee with cream.

Seriously..this green sauce? I always keep some form of it in the fridge.

I could make it right now with the ingredients in my 'frig, but if I wait just a short time I can use the chives and parsley from my garden. Thanks, MM! Believe it or not, I have an entire raised bed of parsley that survived the winter. My chives are young, but nearly five inches tall now.

Toasted blueberry English muffin with cream cheese. One mandarin. Big mug of hot ginger tea.

from whatever is in the fridge too....and you’re right, it’s very versatile. Made with sesame oil and tahini is wonderful. My kiddo loves it on his sandwiches. I’m so envious that you have herbs in the ground that made it through winter. 10 inches of snow in my yard at the moment. 😑

Lakeside is where she grew up. We visited every couple of years, so I know what a beautiful state it is--and about the snow!!

Thanks for the tip on sesame oil and tahini. I love both of them.
