What's for Dinner, Fri., Feb. 28, 2020

Beef filets with homemade mayonnaise/garlic sauce for the top.

Homemade French fries, too!

Mixed greens/roasted beet salad. Also in it: toasted pecans and walnuts, golden raisins, and blue cheese.

Dessert: freshly baked snickerdoodles.

browned well in the skillet and then simmered in a creamy pesto sauce, served over rotini pasta, and buttered beets

Dad and sis had breaded boneless/skinless chicken thighs, baked; potatoes roasted w/ garlic and rosemary; and cauliflower sautéed in olive oil with red and green bell peppers, mushrooms and garlic.

I made a pot of ham bean soup this afternoon and ate it for a very late lunch. Now just a salad.

Baby spinach
Bell pepper
Blueberries
Walnuts
Blue cheese dressing

I have not discussed FLFC's dinner with him yet. Chicken nuggets seem to be his favorite d'jour.
