Lightly breaded cod and boiled potatoes.

Dessert: apple pie with cheddar cheese.

I had a mid-afternoon cup of hot lemon tea with a giant slab of from-scratch chocolate cake.Your cod sounds good, but the cake......Dinner? I haven’t a clue. Embarrassing.

While Mr. Ohiogal is helping serve a dinner at his church.

Dad and Sis had baked cod (must be a cod kind of night) w/ cous cous (lots of veggies added) and buttered beets.



I don't have any room for dessert, but if I'm looking for something later, I'll probably have a cup of decaf coffee.
