What's for Dinner, Sun., Apr. 5, 2020

Greens I cut from my garden:

Salad I turned them into:

The salad has sliced purple daikon, sectioned orange, violet flowers, chives, scallions, and various lettuces I had growing, such as Red Sails, speckled lettuce, etc. Toasted almond slivers on top. The dressing has olive oil, rice wine vinegar, soy, concentrated orange juice, agave, and grated ginger root.

Pork loin roast cooked with apples.

For dessert, the RG roasted bananas and made them into a filling. Flaky crust on the outside.

Here we're having flounder with panko and parmesan topping, steamed broccoli and copycat Cheddar Bay biscuits.

We had a warmer than normal winter. Plus some of this I grew in greenhouses.

My radishes are about 1/2 inch high and have only recently passed the cotyledon stage.
