What's for Dinner, Sat., April 25, 2020

Pork loin roast with potatoes and carrots, a few mushrooms. Applesauce to go with the pork.

Salad made with romaine and chopped tomato, zucchini. Also olives with roasted garlic. Dressing is made with anchovy, garlic, herbs, and olive oil.

Bruschetta.
