Buon-A-Petitti - Italian grandma Gina - with great youtube recipe channel

Hiya stranger(s)

Hope everyone is well Been rough in my world but I'm still around.

She is adorable. She sings and tells great stories.
Lot's of delicious looking recipes (just found her so I can't critique yet) - and I love seeing her techniques for home-style Italian cooking.

Haven't watched the stuffed shells yet...but I'll get there!

Her version of Lemon Chicken (Chicken Francese) was interesting..flour and egg coating on the cutlets, no breading...and lots of lemon garlic sauce.

And listening to her stories - it sounds like these current amounts are WAY less than she used to make!
