Chicken breast with must (a cooked, aged vinegar), ginger, and soy. To go with it, leeks, celery, onion, and garlic.
Pasta (papparedelle) with lentils. The sauce for the pasta included half 'n half and parsley.
Baby arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and avocado.
Dessert: pears and cheese.
