OK, so you didn't ask . . . . . .

I was able to parlay a leftover half onion and 1/2 cup of beef/wine gravy to use with sauerkraut pirogi. Also used sour cream.

Pirogis were fried in a little oil to perfect texture.

Eight of them gone before 5+ minutes.
