vegetable juice! And I did! Cold, delicious, twist of lemon, dash of ground black pepper...

I'm thinking bananas, dates, and vanilla yogurt.

FLFC had slept most of the day and kept me up.

TJ is now home from work at the hospital and I'm making my black coffee.

I think I'll be having a small banana, Rice Chex and low fat milk. This reminds me of when I was young. Saturday morning was get your own breakfast and this would be a typical menu for me.

I've moved on to very tall glasses of Crystal Light cut w/ seltzer. I have GOT to get rid of this (these) kidney stone(s). Last night was unbearable.

Self-diagnosed, as I've had them before.

I can't take narcotic pain meds anyway--they make me VERY sick to my stomach.

Last night Al's son gave me a CBD gummy. That helped.

I have a good feeling about today being the end.

I've heard this is the most horrible pain. I sure hope today is the last day. BTW, I have had very good luck with CBD for joint pain.
