What's for Dinner, Sat., June 6, 2020

Goat cheese/tomato tart.

Veal cutlets sauteed in herbs, garlic, and olive oil.

For dessert, I mixed mango, green grapes and cherries. We'll have tea biscuits with sweetened cream cheese and coconut spread to go with it.

We made some pizza doughs a week or so ago so I pulled out one to spread on the stone. First, the sauce. Then the sliced onions and green peppers. Cook partially. Then add pre-cooked sausage slices (or other toppings) and cook a little more. Add the mozzarella cheese and cook one final time.

I snitched some lettuce from the Landlady(!)'s garden for a nice salad.

I'm alone for the week so I'll probably have the left-overs for breakfast tomorrow!
