Of course for a big lemon chicken cook-up or something i use fresh lemon juice, herbs, etc, so not sure if this is what you meant in your post, but WOW the Cavender's is great. It's made in the Ozark Mountains, which I don't believe is widely known as a hotbed of Greek culture They say they were established in 1970 but I swear I remember my granddaddy turning me on to it when I was a little kid in the 60s, maybe someone else was producing it then.
