Salmon with turnips and apples.

I know, that's what I thought, too, when I was told how the salmon was prepared. It was an idea the RG had about how the three flavors would complement each other. I have had a taste and it's incredible! Might be one of the best taste combos I've ever had! The salmon was cooked with butter and 1 T of brown sugar.

We're having lobster bites with sauce for an appetizer.

Tossed green salad with tomatoes, peppers, and scallions.

Dessert will be some mini-ice cream cones.

Broiled, and served over lemony lime beans

3. Corned beef hash and two poached eggs and fruit. Crust less pumpkin pie for dessert

4. Charro Bean Soup

Bacon, ham, beef hot dogs, chorizo, Chipotle peppers, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, cumin, paprika, oregano, jalapeno pepper, soaked and cooked pinto beans.

5. Turkey, Swiss, Tomato rolled up in a flour tortilla.
