Lovely cool morning, coffee and cream now, leftovers later on.

My 2 inside cats and I are watching one of the ferals eat their crunchies. I have 2 grey ones, one flat faced dark grey, looks like a Persian mix with a tipped ear, a newish silver grey one, muscular and bold in staring at me if I don't get the crunchies out fast enough.

Coffee and cream now. Leftover banana pecan muffins later.

2. Scrambled eggs made with creme fraiche and baked bacon (jerky).

Coffee with 50/50 American and Italian beans.

3. Coffee and a bong rip, then cream of wheat with peanut butter and craisins in a little

while. Then a one hour walk followed by a half hour weight training.

The RG is making it for me now. I am hungry: just put in 35 broccoli plants.

6. I also have two indoor cats.

I have one outdoor. He showed up awhile back and I feed him both wet and dry food. He, too, has a tipped ear which is good for me as it means either spayed or neutered. I named him Charlie Mac ‘n Cheese. Charlie Mac for short. He is orange and white. I am fairly sure I can capture him and take him for his shots. Today just coffee and cream for breakfast.

7. Cats' Breakfast Comes Firsts

My indoor babies always let me know they want to be fed first. My old boy feeds the outdoor cats on the porch every morning. After feeding the 4-legged crew, I skillet toasted an English muffin and had that with a bowl of plain yogurt with some pink grapefruit and my usual 3 cups of black coffee.

Our newest addition, Cuddles (I wanted to name her Joy, but I was overruled) always chirps at me as I'm getting brekkie ready for her and her brother. Dinner too, for that matter. She's a chatty little thing. I know that's standard for a Siamese.
