a frozen cheese pizza that I'll doctor up w/ onions, peppers, garlic and probably some ham. Maybe some extra cheese.
I probably should save it for when I've had a busier day, but I just didn't plan very well.
There's a few chocolate chip cookies left. Not many. Those went quickly.

Used whole grain pasta and added low fat yogurt to reduce the mayo. Marinaded the veg in lemon juice and salt before adding to the salad. Not bad and a little healthier than the traditional method.

I chopped up a few mushrooms, and minced a couple cloves of garlic and added that also. It's not as richly satisfying as beef stroganoff, but when time is short this is a good quick dinner
