Breakfast Tuesday 23 June, 2020

I'll start! Dinner for Breakfast.

With the immense heat, my appetite is a bit unconventional.

This morning, I enjoyed the last blue cheese burger that I made two days ago. (Dijon mustard, blue cheese, one egg, grassfed ground beef, broiled). Placed on a generous slice of an heirloom tomato. I didn't have any more Brioche hamburger buns left.

Yes, it was very good. Nice change from bacon and eggs.

I have always done this & it works well for my health / weight control.

A good hearty brunch around 10 or 11 am has always been my main meal, with lighter fare later in the day.

Your burger sounds delightful! 👍

In the summer, the kids sleep in so I don’t cook breakfast during the week.

So leftover cheese ravioli with a slice of Mozzarella cheese over the top before I popped it in the microwave.

Cranberry tea with some agave for sweetener.

sushi. Salmon, tuna, and a couple tuna rolls. Pickled ginger is actually quite refreshing in the morning.

Cold chamomile tea.
