We eat it like an Italian Ice right out of the Freezer. It is amazing.

Lots of cinnamon and juts a hint of sugar, the best!

Many if not most fruit will lose texture after freezing and thawing. If you freeze a banana and thaw it, it will turn into almost a liquid form. It's not really an issue with fruits that have been pureed, but if you want some of the texture that goes with the unfrozen fruit it may be an issue.

One of the reasons I like homemade applesauce is I like leaving some chunks in to provide more texture than what you get from commercial applesauce. If you are processing your apples more like commercial it won't matter as much.
