Five-cheese tortellini (has mozzarella, romano, mascarpone, fontina, and ricotta cheese in it). The RG is making cream sauce for it with herbs and pancetta, but he's not using cream. He has a way of making cream sauce with no dairy. Go figure. Anyway, it has a chicken base to it and the chicken is from a roast chicken we did a day or so ago.

We are also having an heirloom tomato (unfortunately not mine; had to buy it) sliced into cubes with Buffalo mozzarella and basil.

Dessert: fruit salad with cherries, red and green grapes, blackberries, and apples for crispiness.

Cold decafe tea.

Japanese Curry is different from the Thai style I like & make most often. Here is the wiki page on it-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_curry

I got a box of S&B Golden Curry Mix to try.

I'll be mixing the premade roux mix with sweet potato, onions, grated apple and tofu.

A KC Chiefs joint in Issaquah. I rolled through there on a car show n cruise this afternoon. Always have to stop and get KC BBQ from Stan’s when in the area and today is my lucky day!

Brisket with the fat ON! And a side of their famous cream corn.

I am at Flying Bike Coop Brewery in the Greenwood neighborhood now eating that and enjoying a flight of brews. And the bartender gave me a free cider with my tray. Woot!

Purple Raine IPA
BUDHA something Kolsch
Little Devil Blonde Ale
And Black Swan - a dark beer.
Idk what the cider is. Dessert I guess!
