Grandkids stayed overnight. Got a new waffle iron for Christmas. Basic $30 model but it does the job and has removable plates for easy cleaning.

grape tomatoes, and pasta, i.e. a cold pasta dish.
Next up is to make a fruit salad: cherries, red and green grapes, mandarin orange, blackberries, apple, blueberries and toasted nuts. I may have a little of it but most of it is for dessert later today.

TJ got home from work and put some corn dogs from the freezer in the oven.
I had one with my coffee. The corn bread seems too sweet to me.
FLFC and TJ are asleep. I am going to sit on the porch with more coffee until it gets too hot and humid.
