and broccoli rabe filling. There is a sauce I am putting on the top.

The other day, the RG spent the entire morning concocting sauces. He made three. I am using one of them this morning and it is perfect for an omelette. It is a little salty, red in color, yet he called it "romaine sauce." I know he did saute romaine as part of the sauce.
