I'm going to try to "noodle-ize" it and make Chicken Alfredo over zucchini noodles with a side of garlic bread.

I really wanted to do stuffed zucchini but it got voted down 4 to 1 Then again, I'm not sure what side I would have served with stuffed zucchini.

Ground beef, cooked with cumin, oregano, one of my remaining Goya seasoning packets (I'll miss them when I run out), garlic, serano, onion and diced tomato. Topped with Cabot Two-Farms cheddar and cilantro
