Chicken pot pie made with flaky pastry crust.
Grilled Brussels sprout with feta garlic butter.
Not very light, is it? Sounds like a winter menu. I think the RG is having trouble switching gears.
Also on the grill: dessert. Grilled apricots, which will be cut in half for grilling, then served with some Camembert, which will have been warmed on a plank. The plank is soaking now. Has to soak for a whole hour. Serving this with a baguette.
