1. Leftover potato soup from yesterday. nt

2. Gonna be tuna fish salad and macaroni and cheese

Cuz of drinking ‘bourbon renewals’ during Barr (whiskey, lemon, creme de cassis, angostura bitters, bit of agave syrup)

8. wow.. i just had tequila shots...I wish i liked boubon, that sounds good.

9. Actually used Canadian Club as mom hates bourbon cuz tastes like mold

But the drink’s name is Bourbon Renewal (which I forgot to post, cuz... drinks)... so there you go!

3. Yum! I have a pork loin sitting in the fridge but tonight we are doing some kind of chicken,

probably with a spice rub and then grilled with Cajun potato wedges and steamed broccoli.

The Landlady(!) is away for a couple of days so my son and I are ordering take out. Yay! No dishes!

6. Today is Chinese inspiration day.

I made shriimp Lo Mein for lunch and tonight I am making pork egg rolls with an apricot hoisin dipping sauce.

7. Papa Murphys very thin crust..all meat and with the addition of....

...fresh cut herbs from my Aero Garden, goat cheese, olives and anchovies.. and a Corona light.

I usually make one for my birthday, but these days I don't live w/ people who will share it with me. It's too bad. Peaches are in season.

16. Yum...trade you! We had hamburgers, fruit and salad...my espresso maker is home...took almost

two months for the parts to arrive! Thus had an elevation chocolate peppermint bar and a lovely espresso for dessert.
