Too much water in the rice pot, but with some spices, it turned out good. Did you cook the egg in the rice?

I only have to buy it and enjoy!

I discovered congee on a trip to China and have lusted for it ever since. Had a problem with my usual place after the Covid shutdown and was soooooo grateful when I found it again.
