What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 22, 2020

Ribeye steaks.

Crispy rice squares. The RG took the rice he made yesterday and made it into a large rice cake in the cast iron skillet. It has cheese and basil in it. The outside is crispy and the inside is creamy. He roasted it in the oven when he did the steaks.

Salad made with romaine, celery, tomatoes and blue cheese.

Green beans with bacon. Butter and cheese, too. Really decadent tonight! The beans were just picked from the garden this a.m.

Dessert: raspberries over rice pudding with tea biscuits. Tea, of course--spicy chai!
