What's for Dinner, Tues., Oct. 6, 2020

The RG went to the Polish deli today and so we're having pork schnitzel. In addition, mashed potatoes. There are also various nibbles, like pates and the like.

He is making a vegetable-bean soup which will be our first course.

Tossed green salad with tomatoes, peppers, onions, and cucumbers.

For dessert, a vanilla cream dessert and a chocolate cream dessert (from the Polish deli).
