What's for Dinner, Fri., Oct. 9, 2020

The RG made up several plates of pates (pork, duck) and vegetables (cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, peppers. A plate of broccoli rabe with garlic and olive oil.

For dessert, apple strudel with ice cream (Swiss almond). Orange pekoe tea.

With sweet red peppers, sliced mushrooms, mozzarella, and plain yogurt. Zapped 2 minutes in the microwave.

When to cook for my dad tonight (everything on the grill--pork chops, potatoes and asparagus) so I came home and doctored-up a frozen pizza.

Onions, hamburg and extra cheese.

Dessert will be leftover apple crumble.
