What's for Dinner, Sat., Oct. 10, 2020

Chicken noodle soup. It has an Asian touch. Sesame oil and hot sauce in it, too. Chopped fresh cilantro on top.

Vegetable plate: eggplant, Brussels sprouts with balsamic and bacon, broccoli rabe.

Dessert: vanilla pudding, grapes, sliced bananas, and toasted almonds. Cold tea.

Leftover hamburgers from the local diner from yesterday (they are so big that we cut them in half and make two meals out of them), leftover butternut squash from Thursday and brussel sprouts. It is a clean out the fridge meal.

fries, asparagus and homemade bernaise. The sun is starting to set early in Philadelphia so the grilling season is coming to a close. I need to finish the back patio with a cover and lighting so I can lengthen the season a little.

Jasmine rice.

I got out a bottle of Northern Vineyards St Croix red blend. I got it about 5 years ago on a trip to Minneapolis and went over to Stillwater for a day.

Got a family taco pack from Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. Gonna spread it all out on the coffee table and sloth on the sofa munching and watching a Halloween movie on Disney.
