Coconut flour

I followed a recipe that used coconut flour. Is it hard to digest? It went down okay but now I feel I have a cement block forming in my stomach.
What is your experience with coconut flour? Have you found it hard to digest?

I eat low carb so i am used to using alternative flours. I tend to use a mix of flours to get a better consistency. Its rare that I use coconut flour on its own. I usually mix it with almond flour, flax seed or whatever else I have on hand
