What's for Dinner, Tues., Oct. 13, 2020

Steak covered with grilled onions and green peppers. All the peppers came from the garden.

Quartered potatoes with parsley and a bit of cream.

Baby arugula with cherry tomatoes.

Banana pudding with shortbread cookies and spicy chai tea.

I had some soup for lunch, so I think I'll eat the last of the pasta for dinner. I'll let Al have the last of the chicken and sweet potatoes.

There's one piece of cake left. I'll let Al have it. All the baking I've been doing hasn't been kind to my waistline.

NY strips
Steamed Broccoli
Salad - spinach, carrot, radish, bell pepper, onion etc.
Baked butternut squash (leftover and mashed)

for a starter - Generic hot peppers stuffed with cream cheese from the freezer.

=======

FLFC had a good day, lots of naps and out time as well as a trip in the car that wasn't to the vet. He ate some leftover cheese burger on his plate and demanded dog food loudly. I'm sure he will supervise the steaks once they start cooking.
