I like to make "ginger tea" in the colder months, so I was happy to see Trader Joe's has a new product called "ginger drink." It's dessicated ginger in a packet. I tried it and I think it's every bit as good as the ginger tea I make from fresh ginger. I'm drinking some now. I think I'll switch to this because it avoids the mess I make with peeling ginger and boiling it.
It's also inexpensive--only $1.99 a package.
