Did I mention we have two Savoy cabbages? The RG bought one and I bought one. So we're having the second one tonight. It's OK; last night's was delicious.
Tonight is a pork roast with the cabbage. Also cannellinis and other vegetables, like carrots. There is also a little ham and some sausages in the dish, too.
Tomato peach salad with red onion slices. Cider vinegar and olive oil dressing.
Dessert shortbread cookies with chocolate melted over them and apple cider.
