the stuffing is ground beef and rice and loads of aromatics and vegetables

pasta w/ butter, parm and basil


dessert is homemade apple pie

Stuffing - gr. Beef, rice, chopped tomatoes,onion, mint, garlic, oregano, feta cheese, lemon juice and zest, red wine vinegar, misc seasonings.. topping Panko and dill..

The Landlady(!) made some fresh seafood ravioli and I'm making the sauce using the last of the tomatoes from her garden.

The pasta is stuffed with a combination of crab and lobster with minced red onion.

The sauce is pretty simple. Mashed tomatoes, chopped garlic, black pepper, salt, chopped fresh basil and some olive oil.

Caesar salad and cabana bread.

She also baked a peach pie this afternoon for our dessert.
