Steak and potato pie. Double crust.

Tossed romaine salad with cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and scallion. French dressing.

Tuna pan-seared in marinade in cast iron skillet heated 5 minutes, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

Homemade spiraled carrots, steamed, combined with melted European butter and minced fresh tarragon.

Delicato squash.

For others who didn't know what this was:

Karaage is a Japanese cooking technique in which various foods—most often chicken, but also other meat and fish—are deep fried in oil. The process involves lightly coating small pieces of the meat or fish with flour, or potato or corn starch, and frying in a light oil. The foods are marinated prior to coating. The process differs from the preparation of tempura, which is not marinated and uses a batter for coating. Karaage is often served alone or with rice and shredded cabbage. It has become popular to eat Karaage wrapped with green perilla leaves and lettuce leaves. (Wikipedia).

Sounds yummy-delish, spinbaby.

Baked sweet potato, quinoa with roasted red peppers sauce and rosemary artisen bread with chunky garlic butter - toasted.

I seared the halibut after seasoning with salt, pepper and dry dill. Deglazed with white wine, added chopped garlic and a dab of butter. Then spooned over halibut to finish cooking process. Finished with lemon and more dill. Was very good!
