Is anyone else stress eating bc of the election

and if so, what are you having?

I am getting ready to make a meatloaf tomorrow, and sub cauliflower puree for mashed potatoes, and prob peas on the side.

Also, I have had tons of coffee and snack sized candy bars.

I also love breakfast...just not making it...so more fast food breakfast than at any other time in my life. (like 10x a month, and that's a LOT for me)

pumpkin spice, apple walnut....also baking scones, cornbread. Tomorrow - apple pie (we are toward the end of local apple season - it's been such fun).

Night time snacking is an issue right now....I am an anxiety eater!

I love them with a little dairy free whip ‘cream’ in a can also from TJ.

Since you are a gardener...I will tell you what is in the cheesecakes. You’d never know it by the taste.....Lima beans! Give them a try! And yes, the cherry chocolate soy cream is also delicious. I also really like their kale pesto sauce and their gnocchi.

Recently I tried their vanilla almond milk / coconut milk creamer in small Cartons. I’ve tried every non dairy creamer and theirs is hands down the best.

Anxiety eating. Quarantine eating what ever you want to call it I'm eating it.. I try to eat "good" so I don't eat much meat or dairy, mostly veg but I got into baking bread and that didn't help the waistline.
Legumes, hummus rice ,quinoa LOTS of home made veg soup.... YMMV
And then there is Beer and chips and I'll leave it at that....

I try to behave so I don't let myself by sweets or make deserts, I'd have to replace my wardrobe otherwise. So my munchies are at least healthy. I will have fruit for desert like a sliced apple so I can savor every piece. Or a sup of berries or something like that.

I have started baking pot dinners, dinner in a pot or as known in the mid-west, hot dish. I make them up with stuff I have left in the fridge before I go shopping.

I never get many because there is a development of row homes behind my house, so they get more bang for their buck going to those houses.
