Carrot-raisin salad using lemon yogurt and a little mayo for the dressing. I might put in some scallions, too. With the raisins, I like to boil them in a little orange juice before adding.
Chicken soup with lots of vegetables and cornbread with red pepper in it.
Dessert: Ginger tea, sliced apple, and a shortbread cookie.

Four Legged Food Critic had tiny amounts of
Moist and meaty dog food (two paws up),
Vienna sausage bites (one paw up),
Temptations cat treats (three paws up),
a squirt of medicine - an appetite stimulant,
Then he had nasty greasy Steak-Umm (Plate was licked clean)
He seems to have lots of excess energy and then fades quickly. Coaxing him to eat is now a daily occurrence.

I bought a fresh piece of tuna where I work. You poach it in 50/50 water and wine with lemon rinds, black peppercorns, and a bay leaf for 7 minutes. Let it cool and then gently break into pieces. Then add to a mixture of mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper.

There are a lot of sweets in the house (that wasn't my idea), so I imagine I'll find a cookie or something for dessert.
