(3,266 posts)turned out gooey and delicious, served up scoopfuls with ice cream. Oh man, I need to go look up that recipe.....😆

(2,674 posts)Have made a chocolate cobbler and a lemon sponge, both the same - cakey on top and gooey on the bottom. The chocolate is good with vanilla ice cream, the lemon is good with a blob of whipped cream on top. Both at their best when served warm, right of the oven.

I think I'll try the coconut, as it's the RG's favorite.
One thing I see that's interesting is that you poke holes in the cake and pour coconut milk in. Ummmm.
