What's for Dinner, Fri., Nov. 20, 2020

Pasta fagioli. It's a speciality of the RG's and it's ever so good.

I made two items for dinner: the zucchini carrot fritters and the salad. Salad was tossed greens with French dressing and vegetables like radish, pepper, red onion, etc. Several home grown ingredients, such as the celery, scallions, and peppers. The zucchini fritters had topping made of yogurt and mint.

For dessert: Bread pudding and orange sauce. Ginger tea.

had leftover beef from making cheeseburgers last night

Due to lack of produce in my meal, I'll have an apple for dessert.

I had to go into NYC to accept a new refrigerator for our apartment. No time for lunch so I grabbed a quarter-pounder with cheese for the ride back upstate.

I have a bad feeling about tomorrow morning!
