Benadryl works, too, but for me, I always get a pretty bad case of fatigue the next day. So, I only use it for allergy problems, not as a sleep aid

I also use the herbal blend from Yogi Tea called "Bedtime" as it uses both of the above herbs and others, most of which are for flavor. I have found the quality of that brand to be high and always something I want to keep buying, whether for simple relaxation with a good tea or for healing purposes
