Jon was excited because it seems that Stephen sends him these special biscuits every Thanksgiving.
I googled 'cheese biscuits' and there are a ton of recipes. I'd love to try Stephen's. Maybe I'll try to email the show and tell Stephen that he owes his followers the recipe!

used to take the canned biscuits and grate some cheese and knead it all together. Bake as per instructions on the can/tube thingy.
Me, I mill my own flour...

My version is just a buttermilk drop biscuit with grated sharp cheddar added and topped with garlic butter before going into the oven.
