Michael Voltaggio is my first pick....he would liven up the place with amazing culinary delights and has creative insight to do various cultural fusions...
Cristeta Comerford had been the Chef since 2005...but...I don't know if she is still there with the limited menu options over the last 4 years....I understand take-out was popular like McDonalds and KFC....
