Let's have a bazlama party!

Fresh off the griddle, Turkish flat bread ...



I've been using this recipe but adding 1/4 cup of dried parsley flakes and 1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds in the flour before combining with the wet ingredients.

I mostly like them with hummus. But after making this stack today all I wanted was a sweet treat and coffee.
