I was going to make my usual oatmeal with cranberries and flax seed, but then I remembered that I had some sweet potatoes and carrots that needed to get used. I made a huge pan of roasted veggies, and just got done absolutely stuffing myself. Yummy!

I'm good for most of the day now.
