We're trying a new brand of frozen pizza, so Al asked me not to "doctor" it up (he wants to get a sense of how it is w/o help). He did say I could add a little extra cheese.

It's a cheese-stuffed-crust, 3-meat pizza.

There's still cake if we want dessert.

with potato salad on lettuce, and a shortbread cake topped with raspberry sauce made from my son's raspberry garden last summer. I texted a pic of the cake and thanked him again for the berries but then he told me he was making walleye and I said "OK, you win the dinner wars". Had a laugh.

My son is visiting so I made cheeseburgers and hot dogs. Boston baked beans. Tater tots. Grapes for dessert.

The Landlady(!) would be appalled!

My week's groceries and tonight's dinner.

Frozen Kashi bowl - Creamy Cashew Noodle. It's pretty good and has a lot of Edemame. Spring Greens with a few added veggies and a tumeric based Green Goddess dressing. Rosemary bread.
